After both Travis & Lynda experienced burn-out in the respective careers, they agreed that they wanted to travel and see the country in a way Travis had not been able to do as a professional truck driver. They knew buying an RV for this type of travel would meet their objective.
However, RV's break often and dealer wait times can take the joy out of traveling. So, they graduated from the National RV Training Academy after learning how to take care of RVs and bought an Airstream!
They quickly realized that if you own an RV, you have issues. Every time you move your RV, it experiences the equivalent of a hurricane or earthquake! So, they started a business, offering mobile RV repair service, knowing there would be plenty of customers to assist on their journey! They truly enjoy their second career and meeting all of the wonderful people along the way!

No, we do not sell parts to the public. We carry a small inventory of parts for use with our customers.
If you have purchased the right parts to fix your RV issue, then we will be glad to use them. We do carry a small inventory of parts for use with our customers. If we don't have the right part, we will be glad to order the part from one of our suppliers.
Customer must pay for service at time of completion. We have a warranty labor rate that covers our time to complete the necessary documentation, which will be provided to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to submit the documentation to their warranty company for personal reimbursement. We will provide the necessary documentation within 48 hours of completed job.
No two RVs are the same. Some RVs are not manufactured in a way that makes them easy or accessible to repair. For instance, it may take an hour or more just to get your furnace out to repair. We may spend an hour or so working on it, then we have to reinstall it which could take up to another hour to put it back. We charge for the actual amount of labor performed. Therefore, we do not provide estimates or quote flat rates. We are a small business offering a premium mobile service that comes to you, but we work to be reasonable with customers. We treat you the way we want to be treated as customers.
We also appreciate that some people will see our prices as too high or don't see the convenience and value in a premium service that comes to you, including on the weekends. The alternative is taking your RV to your dealership or local shop, waiting weeks and/or months, and likely paying even more. That's why we offer a premium mobile RV service. We come to you. We work weekends. You've got better things to do.
Our service fee covers our driving time to your location, and our cost of being mobile. These costs include maintaining our work vehicle, maintaining our tools and equipment, and any non-repair time needed for your job.
We do not provide services on solar systems, brakes, transmissions, engines, tires, or major body repairs. We also do not provide welding services or holding tank replacements. We do not work on structural components of the RV such as replacing walls, flooring, or a roof. We do not work on black or gray tanks. We do not do work under RV that requires the removal of the underbelly. We do not repair generators.
No, we are 100% mobile. We come to you. We work weekends. You've got better things to do. We are happy to service your RV at your home, campground, or storage facility.
