michigan: mobile rv service & Repair

You will be provided a digital invoice at the completion of each service call.  We accept cash, debit, and credit.

$175 per hour - 1 hour minimum.  For every additional hour of labor for your mobile RV repair appointment, it will be billed in 1/4-hour increments.  There is no labor time including in the Service Call Fee.  Labor is billed according to the time our technician is at your location.  Parts are billed separately.

*For calls over 65 miles from our Sault Ste. Marie location, the labor minimum will be determined based on the amount of time to your location one-way.

5 miles or less of our Sault Ste. Marie location:  No Charge.

6 -20 miles of our Sault Ste. Marie location:  $50.00. 

(Includes Barbeau, Brimley, Bay Mills, Dafter)

21-40 miles of our Sault Ste. Marie location: $75.00.

(Includes Rudyard, Pickford)

41-65 miles of our Sault Ste. Marie location:  $90.00.

(Includes St. Ignace, Mackinaw City, Moran, Newberry, Carp Lake)

Over 65 miles of our Sault Ste. Marie location:  $90 + $2.00 per mile*

*For calls over 65 miles from our Sault Ste. Marie location, the labor minimum will be determined based on the amount of time to your location one-way. 

$262.50 per hour - 2 hour minimum.  For every additional hour of labor for your mobile RV repair appointment, it will be billed in 1/4 hour increments.  There is no labor time including in the Service Call Fee.  Labor is billed according to the time our technician is at your location.  Parts are billed separately.

Warranty labor rate is $200 per hour - 1 hour minimum.    We do not do warranty work. Therefore, Customer must pay for their mobile RV repair service at time of completion. 

However, we will complete the necessary documentation for Customer to submit to their warranty company for personal reimbursement within 48 hours at a warranty labor rate of $200 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum. For every additional hour of labor required to complete the required documentation, it will be billed in 1/4 hour increments.  

This hourly rate includes contacting warranty company to see what information is required for reimbursement, documenting the required process, and including it in a digital report for Customer to submit directly for reimbursement.

All active duty and retired military, veterans, police, fire, and EMS personnel will be given a 10% discount on labor only on their mobile RV repair appointment.  We appreciate your service.

To cover the time required to research and order special/specific parts, a 10% fee will be added to the cost of the ordered part for your mobile RV repair.  If the research takes longer than 30 minutes, a minimum fee of $50 will apply.

In addition, a 3% fee will be added to cover the credit card processing fee, if paid by credit card.
